2. Practitioner may postpone, reschedule, or decline to begin the services if any required payment is not received when due.
3. No Refunds; Rescheduling
All payments are nonrefundable once made. This includes payments for consultation, preparation, spiritual materials, offerings, reserved time, ceremonial work, and services already performed or commenced.
The Client understands that Practitioner may begin preparation, acquire materials, make offerings, reserve time, and undertake spiritual work before October 10, 2026. Accordingly, no refund will be due if the Client cancels, does not attend, changes intentions, or decides not to proceed.
If the Client requests a rescheduling, Practitioner may, in her discretion, offer a new date subject to availability. Any rescheduling does not create a right to a refund and may require payment of additional costs for replacement materials, offerings, travel, or preparation.
4. Client Expectations and Personal Responsibility
The Client understands and agrees that spiritual work is personal, complex, and may involve ongoing reflection, conduct, decisions, discipline, healing, and participation by the Client. The services are intended as spiritual support and do not guarantee any particular result, relationship outcome, financial outcome, health outcome, legal outcome, employment outcome, or timing of change.
The Client understands that any changes associated with the services may develop gradually over time rather than immediately. The Client remains responsible for the Client’s own choices, actions, relationships, safety, health, finances, and compliance with law.
The services are spiritual and religious in nature and are not a substitute for medical, -mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice or treatment. The Client will seek qualified professional assistance for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency matters.
5. Confidentiality and Nondisclosure
The Client will keep confidential all nonpublic information disclosed or made available by Practitioner in connection with the services, including ceremonial processes, instructions, prayers, invocations, preparations, materials, methods, sequences, spiritual techniques, source materials, pricing practices, client information, and other proprietary practices (collectively, “Confidential Information”).
The Client will not, without Practitioner’s prior written consent:
(a) record, photograph, livestream, videotape, or otherwise capture any ritual, ceremony, preparation, or spiritual process;
(b) disclose, teach, publish, post, share, reproduce, transmit, sell, license, or make available any Confidential Information to any person or through any medium, including social media, messaging platforms, websites, books, courses, or artificial-intelligence tools;
(c) use Confidential Information to perform, replicate, facilitate, market, or provide substantially similar spiritual services; or
(d) disclose the identity, personal circumstances, or spiritual matters of Practitioner’s other clients or participants.
The Client acknowledges that Practitioner’s methods, processes, ceremonial practices, and related know-how may include trade secrets and proprietary information that are pivotal to Practitioner’s work and could be materially harmed if exposed. The Client will use Confidential Information only for the Client’s personal participation in the services.
This confidentiality obligation does not restrict disclosures that the Client is legally required to make, provided that, to the extent legally permitted, the Client gives Practitioner prompt written notice and reasonably cooperates with Practitioner’s efforts to seek confidential treatment or limit the required disclosure.
The Client acknowledges that unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information may cause harm that cannot be adequately remedied by money alone. Practitioner may seek injunctive or other equitable relief, in addition to any other available remedies, for an actual or threatened breach of this Section.
6. Client Conduct
The Client will participate respectfully and will follow reasonable health, safety, ceremonial, and logistical directions provided by Practitioner. Practitioner may end, postpone, or decline services if the Client engages in threatening, abusive, intoxicated, unsafe, unlawful, or materially disruptive conduct. In that event, all amounts paid will remain nonrefundable.
